Nature of walk: Easy at a faster pace 
following Ebury Way, Grand Union Canal to Croxley Green, Batchworth and river Gade to Croxley Met line station.
Hopefully a flat mud free trail.
Bring sandwiches with a possible pub and toilet stop.
