Each year, St Luke’s Hospice and the Walking Club organise an annual fundraising sponsored walk.
These are usually around one of the May Bank Holidays and last 4 or 5 days.
We stay in accommodation together and walk up to 60 miles or so. Typically we have 50 to 70 walkers, so it makes for a sociable event.
There are different route options, so people of all abilities can take part. It’s a great way to challenge yourself, meet like-minded people, and support a good cause.
