Michael Romain writes: 13 of us set out from St Johns Wood we had one new walker who has signed up for the main walk. We also had a new walker who came along with a friend. My friend Roy also came along.
One of the things I noticed is how much new building is still going up along the canal. It seems never ending. One of us left the group at the Angel. Just after that, we found a great place to have lunch. I think we were all quite tired when we got to Limehouse and then we had to walk a little further to Wapping Station. A sit down on the train was very welcome.
