Royal Parks – London 01.09.2025

Peter’s Report: Two walkers joined me, double the number of my last walk, for a surprisingly sunny walk through the Royal Parks of Central London, starting with Kensington Gardens, where the photo was taken by the Peter Pan statue, through Hyde Park and Green Park and finishing at St James’s Park. We saw plenty of other people, walking, running, cycling, riding horses and smaller ones in pushchairs. The rose garden in Hyde Park was the floral highlight and there were plenty of different birds in all the parks.

We were also very lucky with the weather, as it only started raining when we had coffee in a cafĂ© in St James’s Park. So all in all, a very pleasant morning stroll through green central London.
