Peter Polkinghorne writes: Six of us left a damp Pinner Station to carry out the first part of the walk, following the Celandine Way by the River Pinn to Ickenham. The going was pretty muddy at times, but the rain was not too bad. There was still a diversion for HS2 just before Ickenham. The group photos are at Eastcote House Gardens and the sculpture walkers are in Kings College Playing Fields.

At Ickenham, 3 walkers decided after lunch in the shelter of St Giles Church, most welcome, to return home. The rest of us followed the Willow Tree Wander along the Yeading Brook to North Harrow passing an impressive display of snowdrops. Thanks to those who came.
