Well, aren’t we blessed! The weather was simply glorious and everybody was in good chatty form when we set off. We had a new walker who was so keen that she arrived on an earlier train. I think she enjoyed the day. No one complained when I again failed to locate the foot tunnel under the road just outside Amersham. I will do better next time. Apart from me all the group went to the café for lunch but I bathed in the sunshine. And everybody was in good chatty form on the train back, except for me. I think I fell asleep. We have to keep going.
