Buckinghamshire Village Walk – Lane End

Travel: By car: take the M40 to Jct 4 and at the roundabout, take the Aylesbury exit (A4010), turn left at Cressex Rd and right onto Clay Lane (B482) to Lane End. Car park is on the right, after the pedestrian crossing.  Grid ref SU807918; postcode HP14 3ER.

Please park at rear end of car park.   Free parking with toilets.

Nature of walk: A pleasant scenic walk through woods and across farm and common land, taking in the pretty Buckinghamshire villages of Wheelers End, Cadmore End, Ibstone, Turville and Fingest.  The route is undulating with around 1400ft of elevation spread over the course of the walk.  Please bring a packed lunch and drinks for the day. There is the possibility of a drink at lunch break in Ibstone.
